Today I went in for a second evaluation for orthotics. This time they decided that I need them. I got my feet wrapped in plaster (they looked like really stiff ballet slippers when it was finished) and I will have them in a few weeks. I couldn't help but think of the leg braces Forrest Gump sported around...
But I was assured that they will not be noticeable (they fit into my shoe like a new pair of insoles).

They will be good for you. Just a pair of custom innersoles.... make sure they fit right and they will help
Your aunt Nancy has orthotics too. Must be heredity.
