You can see that our kitchen isn't really bg enough for a grill. Right behind the grill you can see a red bottle of carpet cleaner - Max the Pig-Dog ate an unsettling bone while he was visiting us and puked all over the carpet Saturday night. Poor Max! But more importantly, poor us!! We were so exhausted from our crazy weekend we could hardly get to work on Monday.
But Monday night we felt well enough to put the grill outside (and lock it to the deck with a bike lock), and I uncovered some more of the garden. I found a pretty rose bush back there! We still have to fill the propane tank and then buy some food to grill but we're almost there...

I'm excited for you and D! Kevin and I love our grill. We grill all the time all year round. In fact I was just telling Kevin that since I've gone about 3 days without grilled chicken we had better get over to the store FAST!
Nice grill there guys!
Hmmm...it's been a while since we've grilled anything. I'll have to get dh on that! (the loud WHOOSH when the fire gets lit always scares the rats out of me!)
I think the grill goes well with your kitchen decor.
For something E-Z, try boneless skinless chicken breasts with, as a barbecue sauce, some store brand of Italian dressing. That was the first thing we did on our grill.
My wife bought me our first grill for my birthday, back when she still called herself a vegetarian.
Yippee, a grill. Aside from the usual grill items we love to cook the corn on it, I've actually cooked corn bread as well. We got a little grill pan and have made vegetable and potatos sprinkled with garlic and parmesan. Ummmm. You can really have a lot of fun with the grill and it takes the heat of cooking a meal out of the house.
